MCP Dock keeps its settings locally and writes changes only to the global config files and the projects you select. Nothing from your projects is uploaded to a remote service.

Internet is used to load the MCP Store and Skills Store catalogs. Once installed, MCP Servers, Skills, and Rules work from your local configuration.
Delete the application and the config directory ~/.mcp-dock/. Existing global and project client configuration files remain where they were written and can be removed manually if desired.
